Докаталися: власників самокатів масово штрафують на 17 тис. грн, але це ще не все

Поліція в Україні активно перевіряє водіїв електросамокатів щодо стану сп’яніння і вживає жорстких заходів щодо порушників. Порушники, які управляють електросамокатами у стані алкогольного чи наркотичного сп’яніння, ризикують отримати значні штрафи та позбавлення права керування транспортними засобами. Незважаючи на відсутність чіткого законодавства щодо електричного транспорту, поліція активно застосовує наявні норми у своїй роботі. Зупинка на дорозі та пропозиція пройти огляд стану сп’яніння стали рутинною практикою для водіїв електросамокатів. Ті, хто погоджується на перевірку та отримує позитивний результат, піддаються адміністративній відповідальності у вигляді штрафів та позбавлення права управління. Навіть відмова від проходження огляду не рятує від покарання.

Судова практика вже налічує кілька прецедентів, де порушників було визнано винними та вони отримали відповідні покарання. Це включає штрафи у розмірі 17000 гривень, позбавлення права керування на різні терміни, а в деяких випадках і штрафи у розмірі 51000 гривень та позбавлення права керування на тривалий термін, наприклад, 10 років.

Проблема полягає не лише у невиконанні вимог ПДР, а й у самій небезпеці керування електричним транспортом у стані сп’яніння. Це не лише загрожує безпеці водія, а й створює серйозні загрози для інших учасників дорожнього руху.

У світлі цієї ситуації стає очевидною необхідність регулювання правил використання електричних транспортних засобів, включаючи електросамокати. Поки що рекомендується всім водіям електричних транспортних засобів уважно дотримуватись правил і утримуватися від керування транспортним засобом у стані сп’яніння, щоб уникнути неприємних наслідків.
