Українські чоловіки за кордоном схопляться за серце: їм знову підготували “мобілізаційний сюрприз”

Кабінет міністрів погодив реалізацію експериментального проекту щодо надання адміністративних послуг у сфері міграції за межами України.

Якщо вірити статистиці, то за кордон через повномасштабну війну виїхало 865 тисяч українських чоловіків, з них приблизно 688 тисяч – працездатного віку. Після набуття чинності новим законом про мобілізацію всім українцям віком від 25 до 60 років, які перебувають за кордоном, також довелося згадати, що кожен чоловік з українським паспортом зобов’язаний захищати свою Батьківщину у разі потреби.

Так, українські чоловіки призовного віку не матимуть змоги отримати паспорт за кордоном без військово-облікових документів. Про це йдеться у постанові №648 уряду від 04 червня 2024 року.

Відомо, що нові правила запрацюють з 30 червня 2024 року та діятимуть до набрання чинності законом про надання адміністративних послуг громадянам України за кордоном, але не більше 6 місяців з дня набрання чинності цією постановою.

Уряд оновив порядок оформлення та обміну паспорта громадянина України та закордонного паспорта, у тому числі замість втраченого чи викраденого. Цим займатиметься державне підприємство «Документ».
У постанові зазначається, що оформлення паспорта громадянина України та закордонного паспорта чоловікам віком від 18 до 60 років здійснюється за наявності військово-облікових документів.
Нагадаємо, що з 18 травня набув чинності новий закон про мобілізацію. До цього уряд обмежив надання адміністративних послуг за кордоном для чоловіків призовного віку.
За новим законом, військовозобов’язані українці мають до 16 липня оновити військово-облікові дані, зокрема це стосується громадян за кордоном. Уточнити дані можна особисто у ТЦК, ЦПАУ та через мобільний додаток “Резерв+”.
