“Чоловіки не чекали настільки жорстких заходів, ТЦК прийде до ухилянтів прямо в дім”: мобілізація посилиться з 16 липня

Відповідно до нового закону про мобілізацію, який набув чинності з 18 травня, усі військовозобов’язані чоловіки мають оновити свої облікові дані у ТЦК. Їм дається на це 60 діб. До ухилянтів, які цього не зроблять до середини липня, буде вжито каральних заходів.

Як інформує “Today.ua”, юристка Надія Шуляк роз’яснила, в яких правах можуть обмежити ухилянтів, та як влада їх шукатиме.

Отже, упродовж 60 діб після 18 травня українці мають оновити свої військо-облікові дані або через застосунок Резерв+, або у ТЦК. Тих, хто цього не зробить до визначеної дати, буде оголошено в розшук. Причому при розшуку ухилянтів поліція вдаватиметься до різних заходів. Зокрема, правоохоронці разом із працівниками ТЦК можуть навідатись за місцем проживання військовозобов’язаного.

“Поліція може прибути на місце проживання особи для розшуку. Якщо особу розшукати не вдалося, після цього буде вислано новий документ — вимогу ТЦК. Якщо протягом 10 днів особа не з’явиться, ТЦК звернеться до суду з позовом про обмеження їй права на керування транспортним засобом”, — пояснила юристка.

Однак не всі українські ухилянти мають власну автівку. А отже, не всіх можна покарати таким чином. Втім, ТЦК та поліція володіють широким арсеналом каральних засобів. Так, ухилянта можуть оштрафувати на суму до 25 тисяч гривень. А якщо він не сплатить цього штрафу, то йому обмежать користування банківською карткою, а також можуть заарештувати його майно.

Крім того, нікуди не подінеться і вуличний “відлов” ухилянтів. Після перевірки документів поліція матиме право примусово доставляти до ТЦК громадян, оголошених у розшук, або тих, у кого при собі не виявиться документів.

“Якщо військовозобов’язаний не оновив дані, поліція матиме право доставити його до ТЦК. Це може статися, наприклад, після перевірки документів на блокпості, у випадку якщо відповідні документи відсутні в особи”, — попередила Надія Шуляк.
