За порушення мобілізаційного законодавства щодо обов’язкового оновлення даних у Територіальному центрі комплектування до 16 липня, військовозобов’язаний може втратити право керування транспортним засобом.
Про це в коментарі “Суспільному” розповів заступник начальника Черкаського обласного ТЦК та СП підполковник Василь Фризюк. Він зазначив, що за це порушення суд може обмежити право керувати автомобілем.

Згідно із законом про мобілізацію, якщо військовозобовʼязаний не виконав вимогу ТЦК, суд може ухвалити рішення тимчасово обмежити його в керуванні транспортним засобом.

Це рішення підлягає негайному виконанню, хоча його можна оскаржити у встановленому порядку. Воно діятиме до моменту виконання вимог ТЦК або до закінчення воєнного стану.

Фризюк підкреслив, що лише суд має право приймати рішення про позбавлення або обмеження у праві керування транспортним засобом. Інших відповідальностей за не оновлення персональних даних, крім адміністративної, наразі не передбачено. Штрафи за порушення накладатимуться за кожен випадок окремо.

Мобілізація в Україні триває і її темпи значно зросли. Про це повідомив речник Міноборони Дмитро Лазуткін. Він зазначив, що процес мобілізації набув більшої інтенсивності, і кількість бажаючих самостійно піти до війська також збільшилася.
