За окремі правопорушення повинні накладатися окремі штрафи.

Військовозобов’язані повинні оновити свої дані до 16 липня. В іншому разі, порушникам загрожує покарання.

Чи буде оштрафована людина, яка оновила свої дані, але ВЛК не пройшла – пояснив директор Департаменту кадрової політики Міністерства оборони України полковник Марко Андрусяк.

За його словами, оновлення даних громадянами – це окремий вид військового обов’язку.

“Крім того в статтю 21 Закону “Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію” додано ще один обов’язок громадян – це проходження медичного огляду для визначення ступеня придатності до проходження військової служби. Тобто таким чином це різні два виконання військового обов’язку. Законодавством передбачено, що за окремі правопорушення повинні накладатися окремі штрафи”, – йдеться в повідомленні.

Якщо людина оновила свої дані в “Резерв+”, або в ТЦК та СП, або в ЦНАПі – електронну пошту, місце проживання і телефон, то вже направлення на ВЛК вона отримує окремо і відповідно вона виконує норму закону, оновивши ці три позиції.
