Під час моделювання мережі закладів профільної середньої освіти МОН отримало 1745 пропозицій від шкіл, які можуть стати академічними ліцеями. А також – 840 пропозицій від профтехів, які можуть залишитися у мережі як професійні ліцеї. Такої кількості закладів забагато на 1 мільйон 200 тисяч учнів, які навчатимуться у цій мережі на піку її навантаження. Про це розповів під час Серпневої конференції-2024 заступник очільника МОН Дмитро Завгородній.

Тож, вважає посадовець, мають відбутися колосальні зміни у мережі.

“У нас має стати менше на 35 – 40% профтехів та закладів передфахової вищої освіти, ніж зараз. А також нам потрібно у 4 рази менше закладів загальної середньої освіти з огляду на кількість учнів старших класів”,
– зауважив він.

І додав: щоб мережа старшої школи відповідала кількості старшокласників (за прогнозами МОН та з огляду на демографічну ситуацію в країні, їхня кількість зменшуватиметься), доведеться об’єднувати заклади професійної освіти та коледжі.

“Зараз це болісне питання для обох типів закладів та для ОДА. Навіть якщо ми зробимо стрибок у таку мережу у 2027 році, це будуть надзвичайні інфраструктурні зміни”,
– повідомив Завгородній.

Організаційний досвід коледжів та профтехів при цьому планують перенести на академічні ліцеї. Наприклад, уточнив посадовець, якщо профтех має гуртожиток, який не використовують на повну потужність, його можна відремонтувати й передати під потреби академічного ліцею.
