В Україні передбачено досить жорстокі покарання для водіїв. У деяких випадках можна нарватися на штраф, арешт навіть втратити автомобіль, пише Твоя машина.

Порушення правил дорожнього руху не вибачають українським водіям. За це потрібно відповідати. За українськими законами це вважається адміністративним правопорушенням та карається відповідно до Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення (КУпАП).

У разі порушення правил дорожнього руху застосовуються такі покарання, як штрафи на досить значні суми, альтернативний арешт і навіть позбавлення прав водія та вилучення автомобіля на роки.

Звичайно, все залежить від ситуації та складності порушення. Але сідати у нетверезому вигляді за кермо – це табу. З цієї причини в Україні відбувається більшість ДТП, ціною яких стає чиєсь здоров’я та життя.

Тому за першої ж поїздки після застілля із застосуванням алкоголю водія можуть відразу ж оштрафувати на 17 000 гривень та позбавити права керування транспортним засобом.

Якщо ж водій примудрився вдруге цього року сісти за кермо після вживання алкоголю, то сума стягнення збільшиться вдвічі. У разі повторного порушення ви автоматично стаєте пішоходом відразу на три роки, оскільки водійські права заберуть. Більше того, можна втратити і автомобіль.

Якщо й цього було мало і водій сів нетверезим за кермо та втретє, він може попрощатися зі своїм автомобілем. Штраф у цьому випадку становитиме вже 51 000 гривень, а права заберуть одразу на 10 років.

Однак є й альтернативне покарання замість сплати штрафу – адміністративний арешт на строк до 15 діб. Однак, навіть після цього вам не повернуть ваші права протягом 10 років.
