“Долар на порозі шаленого подорожчання?”: українцям розповіли, чи курс валют перетне “червону межу” в обмінниках

Прописаний у проєкті бюджету-2025 курс долара в 45 грн не є рівнем, до якого влада опускатиме гривню. Це прогноз, необхідний для підрахунку, зокрема, витрат, пов’язаних з імпортом. При цьому все рахується з запасом – тому часто цей прогнозний курс завищують для перестрахування та погодження бюджету з партнерами.

Як інформує “Obozrevatel”, про це розповів нардеп Ярослав Желєзняк (“Голос”). Він зазначив: яким буде курс насправді, ніхто не знає.

“Як прогноз збігається з реальністю – коротко, майже ніяк. Раз на 10 років вгадують… Тому я дуже раджу ставитись до курсу 45 грн за долар наступного року дуже скептично”, – сказав народний депутат.

Він наголосив: курс до бюджету не закладається – він “є лише в макропрогнозі”. При цьому курс закладається під цифри бюджету чиновниками. До чого він ставиться, імовірно, скептично.

“Якби вони вміли вгадувати курс, були б олігархами на Уолл Стріт. Але не вгадують”, – зазначив Железняк.

Навіщо до бюджету закладають прогноз курсу

Загалом же, розповів він, курс долар закладають до бюджету, “бо треба порахувати, скільки прийде іноземної допомоги у гривні/скільки витратимо на обслуговування боргу”.

А крім того:

для розрахунку доходів від митниці та акцизів, “які переважно безпосередньо залежать від курсу”;

для розуміння витрат, пов’язаних із імпортом – “наприклад, іноземна зброя”.

Які очікування бізнесу

Водночас, український бізнес очікує, що у 2025 році курс долара зросте до 44 грн. Зазначимо:

компанії використовують прогнози курсу планування бюджетів, інвестицій та експортно-імпортних операцій;

зміна курсу може вплинути на прибутковість бізнесу – особливо для експортерів.
