Майже 150 грн за пачку: в Україні рекордно дорожчають цигарки

В Україні з 1 жовтня 2024 року акциз на сигарети має розраховуватися в євро, а не в гривнях, як раніше. Це передбачає законопроєкт №12000 про “Закон про Державний бюджет України на 2025 рік”.


Акцизи на цигарки, згідно з директивою Євросоюзу, в Україні 2025 року мають досягти 90 євро за 1 000 штук. Але його ставка розраховувалася в гривні, тому через її девальвацію цей рівень наступного року становитиме 70 євро. Тому графік підвищення акцизів переглянули. Тепер ставки акцизу в 90 євро за 1000 штук цигарок мають бути у 2028 році.

Але вже 1 січня 2025 року акциз на сигарети в Україні збільшать на 23%. Потім щороку, аж до 2028 року, додаватимуть по 5%. Таким чином, на початку наступного року сигарети в нашій країні подорожчають на 17%. Це як мінімум. Можуть і дорожче, залежно від деяких факторів, наприклад, від курсу гривні. Українці, які курять, відчують це підвищення цін. Потім щороку цигарки дорожчатимуть на 5%, як мінімум.

Зараз акциз на сигарети становить близько 60 євро за 1000 штук, а з 1 січня буде 70 євро за 1000 штук. Але деякі експерти прогнозують, що наступного року в нашій країні сигарети подорожчають на 20-25%, залежно від бренду і класу.

Тим часом, згідно з даними Держстату, з 1 січня 2024 року в Україні вітчизняні сигарети з фільтром подорожчали в середньому до 76,60 грн, а сигарети з фільтром преміум-класу – до 100,14 грн. Очікується, що 2025 року сигарети в нашій країні коштуватимуть у середньому 127,4 грн за пачку, 2026 року – 142,1 грн за пачку, 2027 року – 155,8 грн за пачку, а 2028 року – 173,6 грн за пачку.

Збільшення акцизів на сигарети має допомогти наповнити державний бюджет України. Так, народний депутат Верховної Ради Ярослав Железняк пише, що 2025 року державний бюджет завдяки додатковим надходженням від податку з тютюнових виробів отримає близько 612 млн грн, 2026 року – 5 млрд грн, 2027 року – 9,3 млрд грн, а 2028 року – 13,8 млрд грн.
