Чи можна отримати броню, якщо не оновили дані: важливе роз’яснення для чоловіків

Чи працюватиме бронювання від призову у разі неоновлення даних у ТЦК

Що робити заброньованим у разі неоновлення даних
Стало відомо, що робити броньованим працівникам, які не встигли оновити свої дані у ТЦК. Про це йдеться у новій ухвалі Кабінету міністрів України.

Постанова Кабінету Міністрів України передбачає нові умови бронювання працівника. постанову Кабінету Міністрів №1125 від 1 жовтня 2024 року.

У документі йдеться, що починаючи з 2 жовтня підприємства більше не можуть бронювати військовозобов’язаних громадян, які не уточнили свої дані до 16 липня або порушили правила військового обліку або перебувають у розшуку.

З цієї дати бронювання працівника та його автоматичний переведення на спеціальний військовий облік на строк дії відстрочення можливе за наступних умов. По-перше, працівник повинен перебувати на військовому обліку, тобто він повинен бути військовозобов’язаним та мати військово-обліковий документ у паперовій чи електронній формі. Також він має перебувати на персональному військовому обліку у відповідному державному органі, підприємстві чи установі. Крім того, працівник повинен був уточнити свої дані про перебування на військовому обліку до 16 липня 2024 року у ТЦК. І підприємства не мають права бронювати працівників, які перебувають у розшуку, інформація про них має бути розміщена у Реєстрі військовозобов’язаних та базі “Армор”, доступній Нацполіції.

Крім того, новою постановою внесено зміни до “Порядку бронювання військовозобов’язаних під час військового стану засобами Єдиного державного вебпорталу електронних послуг”.
