“Посилення мобілізації чекають сотні тисяч чоловіків, бронювання не втратять ці 4 категорії”: мобілізація, повістки, ТЦК

З початку повномасштабного вторгнення РФ в Україні продовжується загальна мобілізація, в ході якої військовозобов’язаних громадян призивають на службу. 900 000 повісток має бути надруковано вже до кінця 2024 року. Низка законних підстав, у тому числі різні захворювання, дають право на звільнення від мобілізації.

Як інформує “РАдіоТрек”, до списку хвороб, що звільняють від мобілізації, входять різні захворювання нервової системи.

Про це йдеться у наказі №490 Міністерства оборони України “Про затвердження Змін у Положенні про військово-лікарську експертизу у Збройних Силах України”.

Серед переліку діагнозів, пов’язаних із порушенням функцій ЦНС, у наказі міноборони зазначені захворювання, які не дозволяють людині проходити військову службу.

До таких захворювань відносяться:

– швидко прогресуючі, із значними порушеннями функцій запальні захворювання ЦНС (менінгіт, енцефаліт, мієліт, енцефаломієліт, внутрішньочерепний та внутрішньодзвінковий абсцес);

– прогресуючі, зі значними порушеннями функцій системні атрофії, церебральний параліч, хвороба Паркінсона, розсіяний склероз, всі види дистонії, крім вегетосудинної;

– епілепсія за наявності частих епілептичних нападів чи виражених психічних розладів;

– швидко прогресуючі, із значними порушеннями функцій хвороби периферичної нервової системи.
