“Мобілізація та масштабна втрата бронювання, через ці помилки чоловіки не отримують відстрочку”: призов з 1 листопада

Як уникнути помилок при подачі документів. Якщо ви подаєте заяву на відстрочку від мобілізації, вас не мають направляти на військово-лікарську комісію (ВЛК) до прийняття рішення. Це визначено постановою Кабміну №560, яка регулює мобілізаційні процеси. Багато українців цікавиться, чого чекати після 1 листопада.

Як інформують “ФАКТИ”, тобто, поки не буде рішення про вашу відстрочку, проходити медичний огляд не потрібно. Однак, після отримання відстрочки, вам все ж можуть призначити ВЛК для перевірки стану здоров’я.

Якщо ви не стоїте на військовому обліку, то перед подачею заяви на відстрочку потрібно пройти всі етапи процедури, включаючи ВЛК. Також обов’язковий медогляд для тих, хто змінив свій статус з призовника на військовозобов’язаного або якщо минуло більше п’яти років з останнього огляду. Під час мобілізації висновки ВЛК діють протягом року. Якщо вам відмовляють у відстрочці через відсутність актуального висновку ВЛК, ви маєте право оскаржити це рішення через обласний ТЦК або в суді.

Загалом, працівники ТЦК виконують свою роботу, яку диктує війна, розв’язана росією. Росіяни кидають своїх людей у бій без належної підготовки, на відміну від української армії, де військові ретельно готуються до служби. Україна бореться за свою свободу, і мобілізація — це спосіб захистити наші домівки.

На жаль, ворог намагається використовувати інформаційні атаки, аби підштовхнути до думки про несправедливість мобілізації. Пропаганда просуває наративи, що Україна “воює до останнього українця”, хоча реальна загроза полягає в агресії росії. Тож варто пам’ятати, мобілізація — це вимушений крок для захисту країни, і вона допомагає нам протистояти загарбникам.
