Сюрприз для водіїв: в Україні очікують на рекордне здорожчання автоцивілки

З 1 січня 2025 року в Україні почнуть діяти нові правила обов’язкового автострахування. Одним із головних нововведень стане поступове збільшення страхових виплат до європейського рівня. Це, в свою чергу, може суттєво вплинути на вартість полісів “автоцивілки”.

За прогнозами генерального директора МТСБУ Олександра Берназюка, зростання вартості автострахування може становити від 50% до 70%. Загалом середня вартість полісу може збільшитися у 2–2,5 рази.

Наприклад:

Нині для авто з невеликим об’ємом двигуна, зареєстрованого в Києві, “автоцивілка” коштує приблизно 2,2 тис. грн.
У 2025 році її ціна може зрости до 4,4–5,5 тис. грн.
Це зростання пов’язане з низкою факторів:

Підвищення страхових виплат. Нові норми передбачають збільшення сум відшкодування в разі ДТП.
Оцінка ризиків. Страхові компанії враховуватимуть більш детальні аналітичні дані щодо клієнтів.
Інфляція та ринкові умови. Загальна економічна ситуація впливає на ціни в усіх сегментах ринку.
На сьогодні поліс можна придбати за нижчими цінами, але страхові виплати в разі ДТП також будуть меншими. Тому експерти рекомендують розширити відповідальність за договором. Наприклад, страхова компанія ARX радить збільшити покриття на суму до 4 млн грн, що дозволить повністю компенсувати збитки потерпілим.

Нові правила передбачають збереження пільг для певних груп населення:

Учасники бойових дій.
Учасники Революції Гідності.
Особи з інвалідністю 1-2 групи.
Для них вартість полісу знизиться на 50%. Водночас пільги діють лише для одного авто, що знаходиться у власності водія та не використовується в комерційних цілях.

З 2025 року український ринок автострахування значно наблизиться до європейських стандартів. Збільшення страхових виплат покращить захист водіїв у разі ДТП, але суттєво зросте й фінансове навантаження на автомобілістів.
