Водіям приготували новий штраф у десятки тисяч гривень, ще і права можуть відібрати – що заборонили

17 000 за перше порушення, 34 000 — за повторне

Водіїв в Україні очікують нові суворі санкції за порушення правил шумового режиму. Вже найближчим часом Верховна Рада може ухвалити законопроєкт №9564, який передбачає штрафи у розмірі до 34 000 гривень. У документі йдеться про боротьбу з надмірним шумом від транспортних засобів.

Головною причиною для введення нових штрафів стали скарги громадян на транспортні засоби, які перевищують допустимий рівень шуму. Особливе занепокоєння викликають автомобілі, обладнані спеціальними пристроями, що збільшують гучність роботи двигуна.

У пояснювальній записці до законопроєкту наголошується, що в умовах воєнного стану такі звуки нагадують шум безпілотників, створюючи паніку серед населення та відволікаючи увагу військових і правоохоронців.

Перше порушення шумового режиму обійдеться водію у 17 000 гривень.
Повторне порушення коштуватиме вже 34 000 гривень, а також може призвести до позбавлення права керування транспортним засобом на строк від трьох до шести місяців.
Проте у законі передбачено можливість заміни позбавлення прав повторним штрафом, що залишає водіям шанс уникнути більш жорсткого покарання.

Автори законопроєкту — група народних депутатів від партії «Слуга народу», серед яких Давид Арахамія, Павло Сушко та Юлія Гришина. Документ внесли до порядку денного ще у вересні 2024 року, тож його можуть розглянути найближчим часом.

Нові штрафи спрямовані на збереження тиші та спокою в умовах воєнного стану. У поясненнях до законопроєкту йдеться про те, що гучний шум на дорогах:

створює соціальне напруження;
нагадує звуки ворожих дронів чи інших загрозливих об’єктів;
негативно впливає на загальну безпеку в умовах війни.
