“Дві категорії чоловіків мобілізують прямо з 1 лютого, ТЦК висунули жорстку умову цій категорії до 4 лютого”: повістки, ВЛК

В Україні вкотре продовжили воєнний стан – до 9 травня 2025 року. Це означає, що в лютому, як і раніше, призиватимуть на військову службу всіх військовозобов’язаних українців. Хто піде служити і як відбуватиметься мобілізація 50+.

Зі скількох років мобілізація в Україні

Як інформують “ЕН”, згідно з українським законодавством призову на військову службу підлягають військовозобов’язані громадяни віком від 18 і до 60 років. При цьому, якщо статусу “Військовозобов’язаний” немає (наприклад, не закінчував військовий виш, не служив у війську), тоді мобілізувати можуть лише з 25 років – до цього віку громадянин вважається призовником і має стояти на обліку в ТЦК та СП (територіальному центрі комплектації та соціальної підтримки).

Як проходить мобілізація в Україні сьогодні

Військовозобов’язаними вважаються громадяни України, які не мають відстрочки від мобілізації, не заброньовані державою або підприємством для роботи іншого роду і є придатними для військової служби згідно з висновком медкомісії (ВЛК – військово-лікарської комісії).

Відповідно до Закону України “Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію” загальна мобілізація передбачає призов:

усіх військовозобов’язаних (крім категорій, названих вище) віком від 18 до 60 років – за умови, що вони мають досвід військової служби, а також тих, кого раніше зняли з військового обліку, але вони є придатними для служби в період воєнного стану;

військовозобов’язаних віком від 25 до 60 років – без досвіду служби, а також тих, кого раніше було визнано обмежено придатними (мали такий статус) у період воєнного стану.ʼ

Ті, хто був раніше знятий з обліку, та обмежено придатні зобов’язані пройти повторну ВЛК до 4 лютого (включно).
