Блогерка рік не голить ноги й пахви, щоб не марнувати час і надихати інших

Фітнес-блогерка Морган Майкнас припинила голити окремі частини свого тіла на початку 2016 року, намагаючись своїм вчинком надихнути інших приймати та цінувати природню красу.

Морган зізналася, що коли їй було 12 років, її дражнили на уроках фізкультури у школі за неголені ноги, після чого вона прибігла додому і попросила маму навчити її голити, йдеться на The Sun.

У відео на своєму YouTube-каналі дівчина пояснила, що припинила робити звичну для дівчат справу, тому що це займає дуже багато часу.

“Коли я відпустила волосся на ногах, подивилася і подумала: “а виглядає нічого так”. Я стала дуже м’якою, – поділилася дівчина.

Коли ти голиш своє тіло, волосся стає колючим, з’являється свербіж і дискомфорт. Тож це, як на мене, друга причина, чому варто припинити робити так”.

“Я не намагаюся змусити все людство робити депіляцію ніг та під пахвами, просто хочу надихнути інших на відчуття самих себе та власного комфорту”, – наголошує Морган.

Дівчина також розповіла, що багато працювала з дітьми й коли водила їх у басейн – малі реагували дуже відверто. Один із її вихованців сказав: “О Боже, ви виглядаєте як чоловік!”.

“Як би діти реагували, коли б їх не навчали з дитинства, що у жінки має конче бути так? Я навіть бачила, як дівчатка у третьому класі голять ноги“, – розповідає дівчина.

Блогерка активно закликає любити своє тіло, приймати недоліки.

“Якщо фокусуватися на тому, щоб бути правдивим із собою кожну мить, одразу менше зважаєш на те, що думають про тебе інші. Це допомагає примиритися із собою. Коли ти не маєш чого ховати, можеш бути вільним, випромінювати світло, яке надихатиме інших”, – додає Морган.
“Що таке краса? Для мене це почуватися гарною до того, як хтось каже тобі, що ти – гарна й пояснить, якою має бути краса”, – вважає дівчина.
