Причину смерті дитини повинна встановити експертиза.

Поліція Тернопільської області розслідує смерть дитини у породіллі, якій зробили кесарів розтин.

Про це повідомили у пресслужбі поліції.

Повідомлення про смерть дитини в одному з медичних закладів надійшло до співробітників Тернопільського райуправління поліції від родичів породіллі 7 лютого.

“Відомості за даним фактом внесено до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ч. 2 ст. 140 (неналежне виконання професійних обов’язків медичним працівником, якщо це спричинило тяжкі наслідки для малолітньої особи) Кримінального кодексу України”, – йдеться у повідомленні.

Наразі тривають слідчі дії, поліцейські з’ясовують всі обставини цього випадку.

Причина смерті дитини буде встановлена після проведення судово-медичної експертизи.
