Нищук: Я б не назвав списки нев’їзних в Україну діячів культури “чорними” або “білими”

“Коли неодноразово доведено, що вони принижували гідність української держави, значить, вони підпадають під санкції. Точка і все”, – заявив Нищук

Глава Мінкульту Євген Нищук прокоментував списки нев’їзних в Україну діячів культури. Інтерв’ю з Нищуком вийшло в ефірі телеканалу “112 Україна”.

“Коли країна в стані війни, то ті особи, які дозволяють собі ті чи інші виступи, або висловлювання або дії, що підпадають під те або інше виробництво, які фіксуються СБУ, МВС, іншими органами, вони повинні піддаватися санкціям. Я б не назвав ці списки “чорними”, “білими” та іншими. Це люди, які як в Америці та інших країнах перебуває під санкціями. І не треба маніпулювати і озвучувати їх. В Америці ніхто не знає цих прізвищ, вони дізнаються, коли хочуть перетнути кордон, коли хочуть здійснити ту чи іншу свою діяльність. І коли неодноразово доведено, що вони принижували гідність української держави, значить, вони підпадають під санкції. Точка і все”, – заявив Нищук.

Зазначимо, зараз діє список з 83 діячів, які загрожують нацбезпеці України. Він формується на підставі подання Служби безпеки України. Демонстрація програм з їх участю тягне за собою адміністративну та іншу відповідальність. Перелік “нев’їзних” постійно оновлюється, так нещодавно в нього потрапили Микита Михалков, російський репер Олексій Долматов (відомий під псевдонімом Guf).

Заборона в’їзду загрожує і іноземним делегаціям, які відвідують Крим, вони повинні отримувати дозволу від української влади. На сьогодні відомо кілька випадків, коли Україна оголошувала депутатів інших країн персонами нон грата.
