Український суд зобов’язав державне підприємство сплатити мільйони бойовикам «ЛНР»

Мова йде про 2,1 млн гривень, які Господарський суд Луганської області зобов`язав державне підприємство «Луганський облавтодор» виплатити підприємству ТОВ «Донкуб». Воно знаходиться на території, підконтрольній бойовикам «ЛНР», і в 2016 році було «віджате» людьми Плотницького у його законного власника Сергія Боєва, повідомляє кореспондент PRESS-ЦЕНТ із посиланням на Четвертую власть.

Сергій Боєв за фактом захоплення бойовиками його підприємства ще в 2016 році звернувся в Генпрокуратуру та СБУ. Тим не менше, Луганський суд визнав «Донклуб» кредитором «віджатого» терористами підприємства, тож зобов’язав сплатити борг.

Таким чином український суд фактично зіграв в піддавки з представниками збройних формувань, і українська держава буде змушене перерахувати гроші сепаратистам.
