Компанія незаконно займала приміщення школи

Господарський суд Києва задовольнив позов Київської місцевої прокуратури № 2 стосовно стягнення з ПАТ “Укртелеком” більше 1 млн гривень до державного бюджету.

Про це повідомили на офіційному сайті прокуратури.

Мова йде про оренду “Укртелекомом” приміщення школи на вулиці Княжий Затон площею близько 70 квадратних метрів. Договір уклали у 2013 році терміном на два роки, однак після його закінчення товариство продовжило використовувати приміщення для службових потреб.

“Прокуратура звернулась до суду про стягнення з товариства неустойки за прострочення повернення об’єкту оренди, а також плати за фактичне користування ним”, – йдеться у заяві прокуратури.

Крім того, на виконанні перебуває рішення суду про звільнення приміщень школи з незаконного користування.
