Українському телеканалу загрожують санкції за недотримання мовних квот

Про це повідомляє “Укрінформ”.

Згідно з повідомленням, ПрАТ “Телеканал “Інтер” порушило частину четверту статті 28 закону України “Про телебачення і радіомовлення” і пункт 4.2. Інструкції про порядок здійснення перевірок телерадіоорганізацій та провайдерів програмної послуги, оформлення матеріалів про адміністративні правопорушення та про порушення законодавства про рекламу.

“Ми перевіряли всі медіа-групи, але лише “Інтер” не дотримується вимог”, – сказав голова Нацради Юрій Артеменко.

Відтак, в рішенні Нацради мовиться: “Зобов’язати ліцензіата ПрАТ “Телеканал “Інтер”, м. Київ, протягом місяця з дня прийняття цього рішення привести свою діяльність у відповідність до вимог чинного законодавства. В разі невиконання ліцензіатом цього рішення Національна рада може застосувати до ліцензіата санкції, передбачені чинним законодавством України.
