Нюанси реформи: як отримати українську пенсію заробітчанам(відео)

Для того, щоб отримувати гідну пенсію і взагалі її отримувати, українці повинні мати достатній страховий стаж. Тобто роботодавець повинен робити постійні відрахування до Пенсійного фонду за свого працівника. Нині потрібно мати щонайменше 15 років страхового стажу, аби вийти на пенсію за віком. Від 1 січня 2018-го показник підвищать до 25 років, а від 2028-го – до 35 років. Ті, хто не має достатню кількість страхового стажу, можуть його купити в держави. Особливо це стосується заробітчан, які працюють за кордоном і в Україні зі своїх заробітків нічого не сплачують до Пенсійного фонду.

Нюанси подібних ситуацій пояснив голова правління Пенсійного фонду України Олексій Зарудний у прямому ефірі програми “Сніданок з “1+1”.

“Ті, хто мав стаж згідно з українським законодавством, хто сплачував достатні внески до Пенсійного фонду, ті будуть мати право на отримання пенсії в Україні. В тому числі й ті, хто працював за кордоном. До речі, нововведення, яке передбачає закон, – це можливість, коли, наприклад, людина працювала за кордоном, сплатити за ці періоди (2004-2010 роки) та поновити право на отримання пенсії. Платити не за всі роки, а лише за ті, коли людина працювала за кордоном, щоб поновити свій страховий стаж. Мінімальний внесок з мінімальної зарплати – сьогодні це 704 гривні на місяць із коефіцієнтом 2. Тобто за місяць – 1400 гривень”, – сказав голова ПФУ.

Зарудний також пояснив, який сенс купувати за великі гроші страховий стаж (рік – 16,8 тис. грн, два роки – 25 тис. грн, п’ять років – 84 тис. грн), аби потім ці ж гроші поверталися пенсіонерам.

“Право на пенсію мають з певною наявністю страхового стажу. І якщо в людини немає достатнього страхового стажу з якихось причин, вона може сплатити їх за попередній період для того, щоб набути право на пенсію. Дізнатися свій страховий стаж можна на сайті Пенсійного фонду (після спеціальної реєстрації) чи звернутися безпосередньо до Пенсійного фонду (незалежно від місця реєстрації)”, – сказав керівник Пенсійного фонду.

Водночас українці мають право нині робити внески до Пенсійного фонду на постійній основі, аби в майбутньому мати достатній страховий стаж.
