“Якщо я щось прийму, то для мене…”: Зайцева емоційно визнала свою вину

Підозрювана у скоєнні ДТП у Харкові, у якій загинули 6 осіб, Олена Зайцева визнає свою провину у скоєному.

Про це вона заявила на засіданні суду щодо продовження запобіжного заходу 13 грудня.

“Я визнаю свою вину. Я готова нести відповідальність і нести покарання, яке дасть мені суд”, – сказала Зайцева.

Водночас вона наголосила, що не вживала будь-яких наркотичних препаратів, оскільки це смертельно небезпечно для неї.

“Потерпіли вважали, що винуватиця ДТП наркоманка. Я ніколи нічого не вживала, для мене це небезпечно. Через мою травму, якщо я щось прийму, то для мене це може бути смертельним”, – сказала Зайцева.

Вона попросила вибачення у всіх постраждалих.

“Пробачте мене. Це не було під якимось впливом якихось препаратів. Будь-які речовини, які знайшли у мене в крові – це тільки через знеболюючі, які я деколи приймаю через свою проблему. Будь ласка, пробачте мене. Я готова нести свою вину”, – сказала Зайцева.

Як відомо, увечері 18 жовтня в Харкові сталася смертельна аварія за участю автомобіля Lexus, який їхав на червоне світло і від зіткнення з Volkswagen Touareg вилетів на тротуар та перекинувся. Внаслідок ДТП загинули 5 осіб, ще 6 отримали поранення різного ступеню тяжкості.

Пізніше у лікарні померла ще одна постраждала в аварії.

За кермом Lexus перебувала 20-річна жінка, донька харківського бізнесмена Олена Зайцева. Її уже тричі штрафували за проїзд на червоне світло і перевищення швидкості.

Аналіз показав присутність у сечі Зайцевої опіатів у момент скоєння ДТП.

20 жовтня суд ухвалив рішення арештувати Зайцеву на два місяці без права внесення застави.

Пізніше в поліції повідомили, що статус водія Volkswagen Touareg Геннадія Дронова, який проходить як свідок, може бути змінений.

6 листопада правоохоронці повідомили Дронову про підозру.

8 листопада Київський районний суд Харкова ухвалив рішення взяти під варту терміном на 2 місяці Дронова без можливості внесення застави.

16 листопада до оголошення рішення апеляційного суду Дронов заявив, що може оголосити голодування.

16 листопада Апеляційний суд Харківської області відмовився пом’якшити запобіжний захід стосовно для водія Volkswagen Touareg.

6 грудня, за висновками експертиз у справі про ДТП у Харкові, в організмі водія авто Lexus Олени Зайцевої виявили речовини, які містять кодеїн.
