Відповідно до норм пенсійної реформи, українці, що працюють без офіційного працевлаштування, не будуть в майбутньому отримувати пенсію. Все, на що вони можуть розраховувати – це матеріальна допомога.

Ситуацію проаналізував екс-міністр економіки Володимир Лановий.

З 18 мільйонів працездатного населення, що проживає сьогодні в Україні, офіційну роботу мають 16 мільйонів осіб. Решта громадян, досягнувши пенсійного віку, будуть отримувати допомогу, яка за словами екс-міністра складе 400-500 грн.

Володимир Лановий вважає це неправильним з точки зору солідарної пенсійної системи, основним принципом якої є те, що працюючі утримують непрацюючих. Крім того, неприпустимою є ситуація, коли мінімальна пенсія нижче, ніж встановлений прожитковий мінімум.

Крім того, Лановий підкреслив, що недоліком нинішньої пенсійної реформи є і занадто великі пенсії. Сьогодні поряд з мінімальною пенсією (близько 1400 грн), існують і пенсійні виплати, що досягають 200-300 тисяч грн.

Також громадяни України, які працювали без офіційного працевлаштування, стикаються з проблемою “обнулення” страхового стажу при спробі оформити пенсію. Про це в ефірі Обоз.LIVE заявила демограф Лідія Ткаченко.

У ході телемарафону, присвяченого пенсійній реформі, вона нагадала: “У нас введена персоніфікована система обліку стажу. З 2004 року облік ведеться за більш жорсткими правилами”.

За її словами, перевіряються не тільки записи в трудовій книжці, а й регулярність сплати внесків до Пенсійного фонду.

“Якщо ти не заплатив за місяць мінімальний внесок, то тобі вже не зараховується цей страховий стаж. Зараховано пропорційно те, що ти заплатив або взагалі по нулях піде”, – сказала Ткаченко.

Демограф зазначила, що українці з тривалим трудовим стажем (ще з часів СРСР) як раз і не мають ніяких складнощів.

“Для більш молодих поколінь, хто працює неофіційно… Коли приходять оформляти пенсію, виявляється, що у них стажу немає. А вони думали, що все життя працювали. Вони не були оформлені і у них там просто нулі”, – додала вона.
