Працівники СБУ на хабарі викрили одного з керівників і працівників Львівського обласного центру медико-соціальної експертизи, які вимагали від місцевого жителя 50 тис. грн за сприяння в призначенні йому законно встановленої III групи інвалідності на довічний термін. Оперативники СБУ затримали злочинців у робочому приміщенні під час отримання усієї суми хабара.

За цим фактом було розпочато кримінальну справу за ст. 368 ч. 3 (отримання хабара в особливо великому розмірі або службовою особою, яка займає відповідальне становище) КК України. Злочин карається позбавленням волі від 8 до 12 років з конфіскацією майна.
