Економіка України розвивається більш повільно, ніж у бідних африканських держав. Про це на своїй сторінці в Facebook повідомив експерт з інноваційної політики, координатор дискусійного клубу КОЛО Олексій Жмеренецький.

“Бідні держави – Ефіопія, Кот-д’Івуар або Сенегал – розвиваються швидше, ніж Україна, 7-8% в рік замість наших 2,5%. 14 країн Африки випереджають Україну за рівнем зарплат – це ще й до питання про рівність у розподілі ВВП на душу населення, за яким Україна третя в Африці, а не 14-а”, – зазначив Жмеренецький.

Експерт підкреслив, що п’ять країн Африки отримують більше інвестицій, ніж Україна.

Він зазначив, що рейтинг процвітання враховує, крім матеріальних показників, якість державного управління, особисту свободу, безпеку, ситуацію з охороною здоров’я, освітою, екологією, соціальним капіталом.

“Це ті сторони нашого життя, які роблять нас більш-менш щасливими і задоволеними життям. Україна знаходиться на 112 місці в рейтингу процвітання. Ботсвана – на 63. Ботсвана виграє в України майже за всіма показниками, в тому числі за якістю бізнес-середовища й навіть охорони здоров’я”, – резюмував Жмеренецький.
