На Львівщині нетверезий поліцейський збив насмерть велосипедистку

Від отриманих травм жінка померла на місці аварії. У Галицький районний суд Львова направлено клопотання про обрання запобіжного заходу поліцейському, який 4 червня близько 18.00 на смерть збив 61-річну велосипедистку біля с. Новий Милятин Буського району Львівської області, перебуваючи при цьому за кермом автомобіля в нетверезому стані.

 

За даними прокуратури, співробітник Кам’янка-Буського відділу поліції Головного управління Національної поліції у Львівській області керував легковим автомобілем “Шкода” в нетверезому стані. Він не вибрав безпечної швидкості руху, виїхав на зустрічну смугу, де наїхав на велосипедистку.

Поліцейському оголошено підозру у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч.2 ст.286 (порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспортного засобу особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України.
