На Львівщині водій Lexus на шаленій швидкості збив дитину на пішохідному переході

У селі Сокільники Львівської області водій автомобіля Lexus збив 12-річного підлітка. Школяр госпіталізований в реанімацію. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Львівської області.

 

 

Інцидент трапився близько 19:25 в п’ятницю, 10 серпня. Правоохоронці попередньо встановили, що 12-річний місцевий житель, який перебігав дорогу, потрапив під колеса автомобіля Lexus ES під керуванням 33-річного жителя Яворівського району.

Травмований школяр був госпіталізований в реанімацію з діагнозом: закрита черепно-мозкова травма, забій головного мозку середньої тяжкості, перелом скроневої кістки з переходом на основу черепа, забійні садна рук і ніг.

За фактом відкрито кримінальне провадження за ч. 1 ст. 286 Кримінального кодексу України (порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами).

Максимальне покарання, яке передбачає стаття – обмеження волі на строк до трьох років з позбавленням права керувати транспортними засобами на строк до трьох років або без такого.
