МЕРТ отримав дозвіл на перевірку туроператорів

Міністерство економічного розвитку та торгівлі відповідною урядовою постановою отримало дозвіл на планові перевірки туроператорів

Про це йдеться у постанові Кабміну, яку оприлюднив “РБК-Україна”.

Як зазначається, під час сьогоднішнього засідання Кабінет міністрів України вивів МЕРТ з-під дії мораторію на планові перевірки туроператорів в 2018 році.

Йдеться, зокрема про доповнення відповідної позиції в частині здійснення контролю за додержанням ліцензіатами вимог ліцензійних умов здійснення туроператорської діяльності.

До цього МЕРТ могло перевіряти туроператорів лише за рішенням суду або на підставі звернень громадян.
