Експерт розвіяв 5 поширених міфів про субсидії

Після введення нових правил оформлення субсидій з’явилися міфи про отримання державної допомоги на оплату послуг ЖКГ.

 

 

Наші кореспонденти вийшли на вулиці столиці, зібрали п’ять найпоширеніших міфів і попросили експерта, в.о. директора “Київоблгаззбуту” Дениса Смолякова підтвердити або спростувати їх.

Міф 1. При оформленні спадщини, продажу будинку або квартири змусять повернути субсидію

“Це неправда. Субсидія видається на безповоротній основі. Тому при продажу квартири просто зупиниться нарахування субсидії”.

Міф 2. Якщо не використовувати комунальні послуги, на які надається субсидія, на наступний рік субсидію не дадуть

“Навпаки, економія електроенергії та газу призведе до економії коштів держави. Держава навіть поверне гроші. Економити газ і електрику – це вигідно”.

Міф 3. Субсидії позбудуться сім’ї, у яких є депозити

“Можуть враховуватися відсотки, отримані за депозитом, а сам депозит як такий враховуватися при видачі субсидії не буде”.

Міф 4. Якщо у когось із членів сім’ї є земельний пай, сім’я вже не може розраховувати на субсидію

“Якщо пай не здається в оренду, використовується тільки для власних потреб або, що ще частіше буває, взагалі не використовується, то ніяких наслідків для видачі субсидій просто немає”.

Міф 5. Якщо в квартирі зроблено хороший ремонт, субсидію заберуть

“На видачу субсидії впливають доходи, отримані сім’єю за попередній рік. Ремонт ніякого стосунку до цього не має. Хіба мало, раптом цей ремонт робився своїми руками або взагалі ще батьками. Є тільки обмеження на придбання нових авто, тобто авто, яким до п’яти років. Це, дійсно, може впливати на видачу субсидій”.
