На волинських підприємствах існує цілий ряд вакансій, на які не можуть знайти працівників в межах Волині, і тому змушені шукати їх в інших областях, суттєво витрачаючись на транспортування.

 

 

Про це йдеться у повідомленні прес-служби Волинської ОДА.

До прикладу, завод «Кромберг і Шуберт» шукає інженера зі створення вхідних даних технічного відділу за зарплату у 15 тисяч гривень. Така ж зарплата на цьому заводі – у інженера-налагоджувальника контрольно-вимірювальних приладів.

А компанія «Континіум-Трейд» шукає менеджера зі збуту, якому пропонує зарплату 12 тисяч гривень.

Волинська обласна державна адміністрація віднедавна виступила з ініціативою щомісяця публікувати актуальний перелік вакантних посад на своєму сайті.

Як пояснюють в ОДА, це зробили, аби сприяти волинянам в пошуку роботи, а підприємствам в підборі кадрів. Про наявні вакансії також інформують через місцеві органи вдади.

На сьогодні вже 8 підприємств (серед яких «СКФ Україна», «Кронберг енд Шуберт», ДП «Мотор», «Модерн-Експо», «Континіум») надали більше 300 вакансій.
