Для населення ціни на електроенергію будуть рахувати по-новому

В Україні врегулювали новий механізм формування цін на електричну енергію для населення.

Національна комісія з регулювання енергетики і комунальних послуг розробила новий механізм формування цін на електричну енергію для населення.

Порядок формування цін на універсальні послуги розроблений у відповідності з законом “Про ринок електроенергії”.

Ціна на універсальні послуги включає в себе ціну купівлі електроенергії на ринку, ціну (тариф) на послуги постачальника універсальних послуг, ціни на послуги оператора системи передачі та оператора системи розподілу на відповідному класі напруги у відповідності з укладеними договорами про надання послуг.

Також постачальник електроенергії повинен формувати ціни на універсальні послуги на розрахунковий період і оприлюднити їх на своєму офіційному сайті не пізніше, ніж за 20 днів до їх застосування.

Запровадження нового механізму дозволить визначати ціни на універсальні послуги до дати початку дії нового ринку електричної енергії (1 липня 2019 року) і в перші розрахункові періоди з дати початку дії нового ринку.

Кабінет міністрів України схвалив стартову ціну продажу 78,3% акцій енергогенеруючої компанії ПАТ “Центренерго” в 5,98 мільярдів гривень.

Що таке новий ринок електроенергії? За законом “Про ринок електроенергії” в Україні до 1 липня 2019 повинна змінитися модель функціонування ринку електроенергії узгоджується також з Третім енергетичним пакетом ЄС. Ця модель передбачає новий підхід до виробництва і розподілу електроенергії, вводить нових учасників на ринок і нове формування тарифів. Енергокомпанії мають розділитися на виробників і постачальників. Вартість електроенергії буде включати в себе окремо тариф на виробництво, розподіл і постачання електроенергії.
