Ціна, якість чи мода: українці масово відмовляються від м’яса

А дехто замість свинини обирає яловичину. За словами українців, її якість їх більше влаштовує, хоч трохи й дорожче.
В Україні значно скоротили обсяги вирбництва свинини. Ціни ростуть і до якості мяса також є питання, тому українці шукають заміну.


Світлана торгує свининою на ринку. Зараз биточне м’ясо коштує 120 грн/кг, реберця – 100 грн/кг, задня частина без кістки – 120 грн/кг. Продавчиня каже, що через високі ціни попит на свинину за останній час скоротився ледь не вдвічі, – передає “Сегодня”.

“Менше люди стали купувати і сало. Немає у людей грошей”, – говорить Світлана.
Слова продавчині підтверджують і покупці. Так, пенсіонери зізнаються, що через ціни не можуть купувати більше кілограма на місяць.

А дехто замість свинини обирає яловичину. За словами українців, її якість їх більше влаштовує, хоч трохи й дорожче.

Погоджується з нею і дієтолог Людмила Гончарова. Вона радить зменшити вживання свинини, адже не кожен шлунок може перетравити кількість жирів, що міститься в м’ясі або салі.

Крім того, в Україні не завжди можна знайти безпечний продукт, не відомо, чим годують свиней, і саме це часто є причиною погіршення якості.

“У свинині міститься у великій кількості білок гістамін, який при надмірній кількості викликає запальні процеси в організмі. Аж до алергічних реакцій. Тому краще вибирати баранину і телятину. Це жири, які не відкладаються на стінках судин”, – вважає Гончарова.

За словами спеціаліста, щоб не виникло проблем з травленням, під час приготування свинини потрібно використовувати спеції, і вживати м’ясо з зеленню та овочами.
