Аджику визнали культурною спадщиною Грузії.

Новий статус національної страви закріпило Грузинське агентство з охорони культурної спадщини, передає “Громадське”.

Спадщиною сала не сама страва, а технологія виготовлення “абхазької солі та мегрельської аджики”.

Довідка: аджика – гостра ароматна пастоподібна маса, яку готують з перцю, часнику та пряних трав. Зазвичай страва має червоний колір, однак також зустрічається і в зеленому варіанті через використання іншого перцю.
