Смерть екоактивіста під Харковом: це самогубство, поліція закрила справу

Справу за фактом смерті екоактивіста Миколи Бичка, тіло якого знайдено повішеним у лісі під Харковом, закрито.

Про це заявив на прес-конференції начальник ГУ Нацполіціі у Харківській області генерал поліції Олег Бех, повідомляє кореспондент Укрінформу.

“Остаточна версія слідства, що це було самогубство. Справу закрито”, – сказав Бех.

За його словами, у сім’ї загиблого є можливість розповісти про причини, які могли призвести до самогубства.

Як повідомляв Укрінформ 5 червня близько 20:10 тіло повішеного жителя селища Есхар Миколи Бичка без видимих ознак насильницької смерті знайдено в лісосмузі недалеко від залізничного полотна. Чугуївський відділ поліції відкрив кримінальне провадження за ч. 1 ст. 115 (умисне вбивство) КК України з позначкою “самогубство”.

Бичко був адміністратором групи “Ініціативна молодь Есхара”, де друкував пости і про факти корупції. Зокрема, він боровся проти скидання відходів виробництва місцевої фірми в річку Уди.

Останній його пост присвячений реконструкції джерела за рахунок коштів жителів.

Смерть активіста стала причиною масових протестів громадян, які вимагали від поліції об’єктивного розслідування. Тоді ж жителі Есхара висловили переконання, що голова селищної ради Анатолій Легкошерст причетний до смерті Бичка. Легкошерст написав заяву про дострокове складення своїх повноважень. Пізніше він звернувся до суду з проханням про поновлення на посаді та стягнення середнього заробітку за час вимушеного прогулу, але, врешті-решт, відмовився від позову про поновлення на посаді.

На сьогодні Легкошерст під підозрою у службовому недбальстві: свого часу він підписав акти виконаних робіт, представлені приватною фірмою, яка без відкритих торгів отримала відразу кілька підрядів, включаючи реконструкцію первинних відстійників на місцевих очисних спорудах на загальну суму понад 0,5 млн грн. При цьому вартість робіт була завищена на 238 тис. грн.
