Робота за кордоном: Німеччина та Словаччина розпочали війну за українських заробітчан

Ряд європейських країн змінив міграційне законодавство з метою залучення іноземних працівників

 

 

Європейські держави змагаються з Україною за шанс запрошувати в роботу висококваліфікованих професіоналів. З січня 2019 року відплив українців на заробітки за кордон значно зросте.

У Польщі з 1 липня 2018 року було анульовано перевірка на певні посади з метою спрощення працевлаштування для жителів інших країн. Це полегшення стане зачіпати і видачі дозволів на тимчасове перебування або працю. Перевірка велася з метою пояснення наймачем причини прийому на роботу іноземця.

Зараз польські компанії зможуть запрошувати на роботу абсолютно всіх працівників, яких вважатимуть необхідними.

З величезним задоволенням приймають на роботу українців Словаччина і Чехія. Словаччина адаптувала принципи видачі робочих віз ще в травні, а словацькі фірми придбали дозвіл приймати до свого складу до 30% іноземних громадян. У Чехії відкрито понад 250 000 посад, а державна влада збирається надати українцям аж до 40 000 дозволів на роботу.

Відкриває радо двері українцям і Німеччина. У грудні 2018 року в країні було затверджено імміграційний закон, відповідно до якого робочу візу видаватимуть на півроку без запрошень, і вже на місці в Німеччині люди зможуть вибрати собі роботодавця і приступити до роботи. З метою роботи в німецькій фірмі українцеві слід мати документ про освіту або інший документ, що засвідчує кваліфікацію працівника, а крім того знати німецьку мову, хоча б на базовому рівні.

Після закінчення терміну дії робочої візи потрібно буде покинути країну. А через півроку можна буде заїжджати за такою ж схемою.

За даними Державної міграційної служби, постійно за кордоном працюють понад 3 млн українців.

У 2018 році іноземним громадянам, які приїхали на роботу до Польщі, було видано 235,6 тис. дозволів. За уточненими даними 81,7% дозволів отримали громадяни України

Статистику повідомили під час круглого столу, організованому в Сілезькому воєводстві.

“Завдяки дуже низькому рівню безробіття і динамічному зростанню польської економіки, на ринку праці відкрилися можливості для іноземців. Наприклад, в 2015-2017 році найбільш поширеною професією в заявах були водії”, – говорить Сілезький воєвода Ярослав Вечорек.
