Укрзалізниця повідомила про звільнення провідниці, яка відмовилась спілкуватись з пасажиром українською мовою.

“Телефонували з відділу обслуговування Укрзалізниці і вибачалися за неприпустиму поведінку провідниці Коляди. Повідомили, що цю особу звільнили з посади і перевели на посаду яка не пов’язана з обслуговуванням. Іще з нею була проведена співбесіда з психологом”, – пише у Facebook користувач Bandera Slobozhanskiy.

Випадок у поїзді трапився наприкінці грудня 2018 року.
