Українці отримають компенсацію за погане лікування

В. о. міністра охорони здоров’я Уляна Супрун опубліковано покрокову інструкцію, як діяти, коли ваш лікар порушив закон або завдав шкоди пацієнту.

За словами глави Міністерства охорони здоров’я, кожен українець, який незадоволений роботою лікарів, має право отримати компенсацію.

“Фіксація таких скарг – дуже корисний інструмент. Він допомагає довести, що в конкретній лікарні дійсно були випадки порушення прав пацієнтів”, – сказала Супрун.
Також чиновниця пояснила, що потрібно писати письмове звернення – принести особисто і попросити зареєструвати, відправити поштою рекомендованим листом або через електронну пошту із зазначенням адреса для відповіді.

Що потрібно зазначити в заяві:

ПІБ;
Місце проживання;
Викласти суть питання і сформулювати вимогу;
Якщо ви хочете бути присутнім при розгляді – вкажіть це;
Підпис і дату.
Кому направляти скарги:

Головлікаря з письмовою заявою (попросіть зареєструвати його);
Якщо ситуацію не вирішилася, то в департамент або управління охорони здоров’я вашого міста або області;
Якщо не вдалося повторно – телефонуйте на гарячу лінію місцевих органів виконавчої влади;
Якщо ситуація залишається невирішеною, зверніться на гарячу лінію уряду по телефону 1545.
Можна звернутися в Інспекцію з питань захисту прав споживачів (безкоштовно).
Якщо ситуація залишається невирішеною, пацієнт має право звернутися до суду. За безкоштовною правовою допомогою можна звернутися в Центри з надання безоплатної правової допомоги.

Якщо ж ви не згодні з рішенням, слід зробити наступне:

Подати скаргу до органу або посадовій особі вищого рівня;
Подати скаргу в місцевий департамент охорони здоров’я.
