Кабмін подав скаргу на рішення про націоналізацію Приватбанку

Кабінет Міністрів України 16 травня подав скаргу на рішення Окружного адміністративного суду про визнання незаконним та скасування націоналізації Приватбанку.

 

 

Таким чином, подача скарги від уряду перешкоджає вступу в силу рішення від 18 квітня про скасування націоналізації Приватбанку. Воно не вступить в силу до винесення постанови судом апеляційної інстанції за наслідками розгляду скарги.

При цьому в прес-службі Апеляційного адмінсуду відзначили, що зазначена апеляційна скарга ще не передана до цього суду. Апеляція на даний момент знаходиться в канцелярії Окружного адмінсуду.
