Українські студенти-медики вперше здають міжнародний іспит з основ медицини,незадоволені влаштовують протести.

В Україні знову протестують студенти. Цього разу через навчання.

Міністерство охорони здоров’я запровадило новий обов’язковий тест заради підвищення рівня освіти та якості медичних кадрів. Але студенти його здавати не хочуть – кажуть, занадто важкий.

IFOM – це міжнародна система тестування для студентів медиків, розроблена в США.

У IFOM входить 160 тестових завдань з таких сфер медичних знань: анатомія, біохімія, гістологія, мікробіологія, патологія, фармакологія, фізіологія і, умовно кажучи, комплексні питання із певних систем органів.

Раніше українські студенти здавали тільки КРОК – тест для оцінки компетентності майбутніх медиків. Однак в МОЗ КРОКом незадоволені – його не здавали лише 3% студентів, а значить, він не забезпечував об’єктивної оцінки знань.

Введення IFOM – це частина глобальної реформи медицини, яка покликана, в тому числі, поліпшити якість медичної освіти в Україні.

У 2017 році IFOM здавали добровільно студенти-шестикурсники, але вже в цьому році іспит є обов’язковим – його пишуть третьокурсники з 1 по 3 липня. Для українських студентів програма складена українською мовою.

Позиція студентів

Частина студентів виступає проти IFOM і відмовляється його здавати. Всього на здачу IFOM зареєструвалося трохи більш як 12 тисяч третьокурсників, з них мінімум 600 відмовилися приходити. Студенти провели мітинги в різних містах України – наприклад, в Харкові, Вінниці та Тернополі.

“Цей іспит ввели незаконно, за два місяці до його початку. Нам не надали матеріали, нам не оголосили поріг “склав/не склав”, – говорить студентка Харківського національного університету Анастасія Пономарьова.

Студенти стверджують, що весь рік навчалися за однією програмою, а іспит повинні здавати зовсім за іншою. І не було достатньо часу на підготовку до більш складних тестів.

“Наприклад, питання про клінічні бази діагностики, де використовується діагностика якихось маркерів на онкозахворювання, там (в США) вони є базовими, а в нашій країні немає навіть технічного обладнання для того, щоб це встановлювати”, – пояснює студентка Харківського медичного університету Маріанна Морозова.
