Скандал на Закарпатті:колишній начальник митниці ДФС розтратив 13 млн.гривень.

Гроші пішли до приватних підприємств за уявну реконструкцію митного поста “Ужгород”.

На Закарпатті викрили злочинну схему привласнення бюджетних коштів при реконструкції митного поста “Ужгород”.

Схему організував колишній керівник Закарпатської митниці ДФС України (зараз він обіймає посаду заступника начальника митниці ДФС у Херсонській області, АРК та м. Севастополі) і керівник комерційної структури разом зі своїм батьком.

Слідством встановлено, що на рахунки комерційної фірми безпідставно перерахували 30% від загальної вартості реконструкції, як передоплату за роботи. Загальна вартість виконання робіт за вказаним об’єктом становить 47 млн. гивень. У якості передоплати фірма отримала понад 12,7 мільйона гривень. Підозрюваний, достовірно знаючи, що на митному терміналі виконано тільки демонтаж, підписав і завірив печаткою всі акти виконаних робіт.

Колишній голова Закарпатської митниці особисто давав вказівки перерахувати кошти підприємству, яке навіть не розпочало реконструкцію митного поста “Ужгород”. Після надходження грошей керівник фірми разом зі своїм батьком через фірми (з ознаками фіктивності) конвертували все “зароблене” в готівку.

Під час досудового розслідування були зібрані докази для повідомлення про підозру вже колишньому начальнику Закарпатської митниці, який також працював на посаді заступника голови Закарпатської ОДА.

“Сьогодні, 10 липня, екс-начальнику Закарпатської митниці ДФС було вручено повідомлення про підозру у вчиненні злочинів, передбачених ч.5 ст.191 (привласнення, розтрата майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем), ч.2 ст.28 (вчинення злочину групою осіб, групою осіб за попередньою змовою, організованою групою або злочинною організацією), ч.1 ст.366 (службова підробка) Кримінального кодексу України”, –додають в Управлінні захисту економіки Нацполіції.
