Уродженець Федеративної республіки Нігерія зґвалтував жінку на Волині.

Про це йдеться з ухвали Луцького міськрайонного суду від 30 липня, передає ВолиньПост.

Відомо, що подія сталася 19 липня. Перебуваючи у будинку, нігерієць застосував до жінки фізичне насильство. Зокрема, кривдник утримував обидві її руки, а згодом, здолавши фізичний опір жінки, зняв з неї одяг та всупереч її волі вступив з нею у статеві зносини.

Луцький міськрайонний суд вирішив призначити судово-медичну експертизу.
