Страшна хвороба косить Українців, сироватки для порятунку немає: “Такого не було багато років”

У Хмельницькому медики зафіксували перший за 10 років випадок захворювання на дифтерію.

На щастя, 21-річна пацієнтка виявилася прищепленої від небезпечного захворювання, тому протидифтерійна сироватка їй не знадобилася. Останньою ж в українських лікарнях немає вже кілька місяців. Головний інфекціоніст України Ольга Голубовська 1 серпня повідомила, що лікувати дифтерію їм нічим. У імуноглобулінів, які є, вийшов термін придатності. За її словами, така ситуація спостерігається по всій Україні.

Дівчину госпіталізували 28 липня в інфекційну лікарню з діагнозом “Лакунарна ангіна, дифтерія?”.

Лікар-епідеміолог Хмельницької обласної лабораторного центру Лариса Калінер інформує, що жінка працювала фармацевтом.

“Жінка звернулася до лікаря зі скаргами на біль в горлі, підвищену температуру, загальну слабкість. Хвора була щеплена від дифтерії, але не так, як треба.

Останню щеплення їй робили в 6 років. Зараз жінці 21 рік і вона в 16 років повинна була зробити ще одне щеплення, але цього не зробила “.

Ольга Голубовська запевнила, що сироваток у них немає.

Симптомами дифтерії є:

біль в горлі, підвищена температура, наліт на мигдалинах сірого кольору, осиплість голосу, утруднене дихання і ковтання, висока температура, набряк слизової оболонки носоглотки, збільшення лімфатичних вузлів.

Нагадаємо, що в Україні в цьому році прогнозують спалах хвороби, яку лікарі називають «9 кіл пекла» через можливих ускладнень. Йдеться про дифтерії – захворюванні з високою смертністю. З тисячі хворих – померти може кожен десятий. При цьому в МОЗ запевняють, що вакцина в Україні є, всього завезли більше трьох мільйонів доз.

Дифтерія небезпечна ускладненнями – вражає нирки, серце і нервову систему. Часто часу на порятунок – лічені години. Єдиний захист від неї – щеплення.
