Кілька років поспіль Україна маленькими та впевненими кроками йде у Європу. Країна стає кращою, міста привабливішими. Проте незмінним поки залишається одне – виїзд українських громадян за кордон на заробітки. Десятки років українці шукають кращого життя за межами нашої держави. Причин може бути безліч, проте частина наших співвітчизників хоче і може знайти своє покликання тут, реалізувати себе в омріяній справі та ще й заробляти бажану кількість грошей.

20% наших громадян, які довгостроково працювали за кордоном, не планують їхати туди на заробітки знову – показали результати опитування «OLX Робота». Головною причиною став психологічний дискомфорт. Серед цієї категорії заробітчан більшість працювала до цього в Польщі, Росії та Німеччині. Майже половина отримувала менше $1 000. Та й сьогодні вже зовсім не обов’язково полишати країну фізично, щоб працювати за кордоном. Наші програмісти, дизайнери-3D не поступаються нікому з колег на планеті.

Та все ж, на сьогоднішній день лишаються мігранти, які продовжують їздити у пошуках заможнішого життя. Часто вони потрапляють на не найкращі умови праці, часто важкі чи принизливі, а іноді – небезпечні. Проте незважаючи на це люди збираються і їдуть.

Ще раніше найпопулярнішою країною для роботи в українців була Росія. Більша частина населення заробляли гроші саме там. З початком війни на Сході України кількість українських заробітчан в РФ суттєво зменшилась. Тепер люди в більшості обирають країни Європи. В цьому й відмінність: Росія не та країна, яка прагне стати європейською країною.

Зі звичайної російської провінції люди не їдуть на заробітки за кордон, а вирушають в мегаполіси власної держави. Вони не те, щоб проти, вони просто не вірять, що той усталений лад життя можна змінити, а якщо зміни й будуть, то лише на гірше. Відтак, краще без змін, вважають вони.

Разом з тим, російська агресія проти України триває, співробітники ФСБ вдаються до утисків та шантажу українців з метою їх вербування та використання на шкоду державній безпеці України. Оскільки офіційних документів на працевлаштування у наших трудових мігрантів за кордоном здебільшого немає, то вони стають уразливими та не мають захисту на території Росії.

У теперішній час люди повинні зрозуміти, що на теренах нашої країни є місце для молодих спеціалістів, що в нас є можливість забезпечити своє життя чи майбутнє. Росія – не те місце, де може працювати українець із власними патріотичними цінностями. Потрібно пам’ятати про своє походження, свою країну, яка не на один крок ближче до Європи та до європейського рівня життя.
