СКАНДАЛ З ВІТАЛІЄМ КОЗЛОВСЬКИМ: СПІВАКУ ЗАБОРОНИЛИ ПОКИДАТИ УКРАЇНУ НА 83 РОКИ

Також виконавець має заплатити 500 тисяч гривень.

До 1 січня 2099 року Віталій Козловський не зможе покинути територію України. Таке рішення прийняла Державна виконавча служба при Міністерстві юстиції, пише tochka.net.

Приводом для цього послужило порушення Козловським авторських прав і постійне невиконання судових рішень на користь УМВГ – Української музичної видавничої групи.

Скандальна історія судових розглядів триває вже досить давно. Після того, як співак розірвав стосунки зі своїм попереднім продюсером Ігорем Кондратюком, останній заборонив йому виконувати пісні з репертуару, створеного за час їхньої співпраці. Однак, за заявою Контратюка, Козловський неодноразово порушував права правовласника репертуару – УМВГ, якій Кондратюк передав права на управління всім репертуаром співака.

“Судові розгляди з авторських прав почалися після того, як я пішов від екс-продюсера 4 роки тому. Вони торкнулися пісень, в які я протягом 9 років вкладав як свій творчий потенціал, так і особисто мною зароблені кошти. Але основною метою продюсера завжди були тільки доходи, тому весь репертуар він, з меркантильних міркувань, привласнював виключно собі. На сьогоднішній день я не претендую ні на одну з цих пісень, всі судові справи ініціювала сторона екс-продюсера. Судовий процес триває, і його тимчасовою процесуальною мірою зараз є обмеження виїзду за кордон, яка буде найближчим часом законно знята, після того, як ми почнемо такі кроки в цьому процесі”,– заявив Віталій Козловський.

Слід зазначити, що УМВГ виграла 4 суди про неправомірне виконання Козловським пісень на концертах, і в цілому за ці порушення суди присудили Козловському виплатити на користь УМВГ суму понад 500 000 гривень.

І хоча Віталій боротиметься за скасування такої заборони, все ж планувати “закордонні” гастролі найближчим часом він не зможе.

На своїй сторінці у Facebook Віталій Козловський підтвердив, що в нього зараз непрості стосунки з колишнім продюсером.

А на питання, чи це дійсно правда, відповів, що такий “абсурд” має місце.
