Приблизно дві тисячі українських заробітчан постраждало від хитрих схем російських роботодавців

Агресія Російської Федерації на Сході України триває вже протягом 5 років. Та попри це наші співвітчизники продовжують їздити до Росії на заробітки. Так, можливо, їх кількість зменшилась, проте зараз на російських землях є тисячі тих, хто заради грошей покинув сім’ю, рідну домівку та батьківщину.

Та не варто думати, що їдучи на територію країни-агресора можна отримати лише роботу та омріяні гроші. Все частіше у соцмережах говорять про затримання українців у РФ. Заробітчани часто потрапляють під тиск російських спецслужб та можуть навіть опинитися у в’язниці. Тисячі наші співвітчизників спокушаються на роботу та заробіток, проте потім через масштабні схеми стають жертвами недобросовісних росіян. Великі шанси стати жертвою таких схем є у кожного, хто зібрався на заробітки. Громадянам пропонують працювати кур’єром, та насправді використовують їх для розповсюдження наркотиків. Тих, хто все ж ведеться на на такий гачок, можуть саджати за грати на термін від 4 до 20 років.

Крім того, лише 10% ув’язнених у Росії заробітчан визнали постраждалими від торгівлі людьми.

«Більше ніж 400 осіб визнані потерпілими у рамках досудового розслідування та кримінального провадження. Наразі на території РФ протягом останніх трьох років засуджено близько 4 тисяч осіб за розповсюдження наркотичних засобів», – зазначила адвокат Віта Мусатенко.

На сьогоднішній день, завдяки Гельсінській спілці з прав людини, вдалося перевести в Україну близько 30 наших співгромадян. При цьому, очікувати на виправдання вони не можуть. Від таких схем загалом постраждало приблизно дві тисячі осіб.

Та у цей час шахраї продовжують працювати над своїм хитрим планом. Лише з початку цього року 42 українці були затримані російською поліцією за збут наркотиків.

У час, коли російський агресор не планує зупиняти свій наступ на українські землі, нашим співвітчизникам варто вберегти себе від поїздок до Росії. Поки між країнами триватиме конфлікт, ситуація не зміниться. Така неастабільність – чудове поле для розвитку транскордонної злочинності.
