Працевлаштовувати молодь стане вигідно

9 жовтня 2019 на сайті Верховної Ради Україні був опублікований законопроект, в якому йдеться про те, що незабаром ЄСВ можуть скасувати і для працівників до 27 років встановити нульову ставку ПДФО.

Проект Закону №2250 “Про внесення змін до Податкового кодексу України (щодо сприяння працевлаштуванню студентів і молодих фахівців, детінізації ринку зайнятості та доходів населення, зупинки відтоку українських фахівців за кордон)” пропонує дуже цікаві речі.

В документі йдеться, що враховуючи розмір мінімальної заробітної плати, роботодавець зобов’язаний за свій рахунок оплатити за свого працівника єдиний соціальний внесок у розмірі 918,06 гривень, а також утримати з працівника прибутковий податок у розмірі 751,14 гривень і військовий збір у розмірі 62,60 гривень. Саме тому роботодавці не беруть на роботу студентів і віддають перевагу більш досвідченим працівникам.

Щоб уникнути подібних проблем у майбутньому, закон пропонує звільнити роботодавців від сплати ЄСВ і встановити нульову ставку ПДФО для працівників, які не досягли 27-років.
