Медики із зони ООС можуть отримати статус учасника бойових дій

В Україні медики, які працювали у зоні проведення ООС можуть отримати статус учасника бойових дій.

Народний депутат від Слуги народу Ольга Василевська-Смаглюк зареєструвала проект закону про надання статусу учасника бойових дій медикам.

Вона зазначила, що в Україні тисячі медичних працівників не отримують статусу учасника бойових дій, проте посадові особи органів державної влади, наприклад, прокуратури, подекуди отримують даний статус всього за декілька годин перебування в зоні ООС.

Згідно із законопроектом, медики отримають певні пільги.

-“В Україні тисячі медичних працівників, які рятували та продовжують рятувати життя нашим захисникам на лінії розмежування. Але, попри свій величезний вклад в обороздатність держави, ці люди чомусь не отримують статусу учасника бойових дій. В той же час, посадові особи органів державної влади, наприклад, прокуратури, подекуди отримують даний статус всього за декілька годин перебування в зоні ООС. Ідею виправити цю нерівність мені подав голова Бородянської ЦРЛ Ігор Чебишев. Розуміючи важливість роботи медичних працівників на фронті, я зареєструвала відповідний законопроєкт “Про внесення змін до Закону України “Про статус ветеранів війни, гарантії їх соціального”.-
