Штрафи для водіїв через дітей: що варто знати, аби не нарватися на копів

Що варто знати українцям для перевезення дітей.

Як відомо, нещодавно у Верховній Раді прийняли законопроект, який передбачає накладення штрафу на тих водіїв, які перевозять дитину без автокрісла. Відтак, якщо все зрозуміло із батьками, то нічого не ясно зі службами таксі, пише “Сегодня”.

Зауважимо, що в ухваленому законопроекті наразі не прописано, чи притягуватимуться до адміністративної відповідальності за перевезення дітей без автокрісел таксисти. Щоправда, автор закону позафракційний депутат Дмитро Шпенов, і юристи запевняють, що їх це також стосуватиметься.

А відтак, припускається, що якщо компаній, які займаються перевезеннями, змусять купити автокрісло, то і, звісно, ціни також збільшиться. Однак деякі експерти в цьому сумніваються, та заперечують.

“Не думаю, що тарифи взагалі виростуть, або що підвищення буде значним. Найімовірніше, таксисти почнуть використовувати б/в крісла, щоб заощадити, і їм байдуже, що воно не підходитиме вашій дитині, оскільки тут важливий не тільки її вік, але й зріст. Під кожного мати крісло з різними розмірами нереально, тому тут більше фікція, ніж реальна безпека на дорозі у таксі”, – ділиться думкою один із експертів Дмитро Алексєєв.

Щодо самих таксистів, то вони впевнені, що найкращим виходом у цій ситуації буде рішення батьків брати автокрісло з собою. Наприклад, у пресслужбі компанії Uklon кажуть, що їхні водії є незалежними, їздять на своїх авто, а відтак, не в кожного з них є ці автокрісла.

Водночас у сервісі наголошують, що вже обговорювали різні шляхи вирішення цієї проблеми та мають намір запустити таку додаткову послугу, передбачивши і підвищення вартості перевезення, ближче до другої половини 2020 року.

Також це питання обговорили і у Bolt. Там планують переймають досвід інших країн і розглядають можливість створення окремої категорії авто з дитячими кріслами в Україні. Щодо їхніх колеги з Uber, то там запевнили, що пасажири із дітьми можуть використовувати для поїздки власне автокрісло.
