Колишній співробітник домігся арешту майна “Київстар”

Виконавча служба наклала на майно мобільного оператора “Київстар” арешт в розмірі 323 479 грн.

Про це він повідомив на своїй сторінці в Facebook, пише AIN.UA.

Як пише видання, цю суму “Київстар” повинен виплатити скороченому в 2014 року інженеру з планування мереж Михайлу Яценко, згідно з рішенням апеляційного суду Дніпропетровської області.

Яценка скоротили влітку 2014 року і, порахувавши це рішення роботодавця незаконним, він почав судовий розгляд проти “Київстар”.

Після програшу в двох інстанціях, півтора місяці тому Яценко отримав рішення Кіровського районного суду Дніпропетровська, згідно з яким “Київстар” повинен був відновити Михайла на посаді, виплатити 27 зарплат за вимушений прогул та компенсацію моральної шкоди.

Але, за заявою Яценка, “півтора місяці “Київстар” всіляко уникає виконання судового рішення”.
15 вересня був останній день для добровільного виконання рішення суду, тому з 16 вересня постанову про арешт майна оператора вступило в силу, на підтвердження чого Яценко подає відповідний документ.

У прес-службі оператора повідомили, що 15 вересня оплатили на рахунок Солом’янського райвідділу державної виконавчої служби зазначену в постанові суму.

Після цього на адресу ПрАТ “Київстар” інших документів від органів виконавчої служби щодо виконання рішення суду не надходило. У компанії також нагадали, що вже оскаржили це рішення в суді вищої інстанції.

У відповідь на це Яценко стверджує, що не отримував від виконавчий служби інформації про зарахування коштів та закриття виконавчого провадження.
